Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Qualifying UK orders over £30 receive free standard delivery. Any applicable minimum spend is calculated after discounts.

Many Cashmere Duck products are personalised or made to order. Please check the individual product page for any stated preparation times. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been prepared and dispatched.

When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@cashmereduck.co.uk. We’ll always try to help, but we can’t guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters production or dispatch.
